What’s more, the brace AS-KX-08 is equipped with lightweight hinge and two lateral splints 1R made of plastic. The splints provide smooth range of motion adjustment in every 15 degrees and possibility of knee immobilization if required. The brace’s design allows to use it in case of Baker’s cyst. The back of the knee brace is a “free zone” and do not cause the compression of the Baker’s cyst. This solution allows to change the bandages in the popliteal fossa without necessary of removing the brace from the leg.
